|For my 50th birthday, in 2006, my sisters made a collage of photographs from my life. The collage was a poster that I put in our airplane hanger. Over the 10 years, the ravages of age, changing temperature, and humidity deteriorated the poster and it fell apart. I saved and scanned all of the pictures and they are presented here.|
Jon and Kate
Jon with his cat, Kate, in Dayton circa 1983
Jon got Kate in 1980 in his last year in Cincinnati. She went with him in Ithaca and St. Louis. She came to Santa Barbara but sharing a house with huskies was too much for her and she ran away.

Dad and Pap
My father, Don, and his father, Hugh (who we called Pap)
Dad must have been in his late 50s. It looks like they are at Taliesin West outside of Phoenix (Frank Lloyd Wright book is the giveaway). Pap moved there after my grandmother died. Probably around 1977 or 1978.
